Last summer BOTH my GSXR 1000 and my NEW dodge dakota were totaled at the same time because of someone running a light. Trust me i'm in the same boat. Glad i couldnt put my bike in my mustang or i'd have shot myself!!! My insurance came through for once and paid well. I have some pics if you'd like. Good Luck,

Thanks for reply. It's a little comforting to know that some Ins. cos. comes through, after all, they rake in millions in profits. I am waiting for police report and since the other driver fled, p.g.co. police are probably going to take the full legal amount of time they need. I don't want my ins. co. to pay one dime, I want his to pay.

My wife doesn't want me to buy a used cobra, and frankly, I don't want anyone else's used cobra-so I will probably buy a '07.

LOL-IVE HAD 10 CHANCES TO GET ANOTHER 04 W/LOW MILES AND 1 TIME I ALMOST GOT ANOTHER COMPETITION ORANGE, BUT I PUT IT OFF UNTIL LAWSUIT WAS OVER-I HAVE A HUGE BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH AND GOT F****D GOOD BY THE SYSTEM.
